  1. Listen to music, that always helps
  2. Move around, any form of exercise is always great for the mind and body
  3. Do something thoughtful for somebody else
  4. Smile – fake it until you make it
  5. Understand that all the negative thoughts are JUST THOUGHTS, try to separate vision from reality and make the decision to be happy!
